Picture of the Day: Devastation of Haiti – Jura announces fundraiser

Every day, this site has had a picture from the Isle of Jura, but we wanted to take today to highlight the devastation in Haiti and to use our social media outlets to promote two eBay auctions we’re running with Oxfam. More details after the picture.

The two auctions are:

Win a week of good fortune on the Jura Lodge. Win a stay for up to eight people on the Jura Lodge on the Isle of Jura, worth £7000. One night in the Lodge costs £1200, so this could be a great way of getting a bargain trip while also helping the Haiti fundraising. We will also pay for the travel of your group to and from your area to Jura.

The second one is the chance to have an evening – at your home/office or event with the whisky Master Blender Richard Paterson. Richard has been a master blender for more than 40 years with Whyte & Mackay and is one of the industries most colourful and insightful figures.
